Kai & Kōrero: Learning over lunch

To mark International Women’s Day, we are extremely lucky to have leading gender equity advocate Jo Cribb join us for our next Kai & Kōrero: Learning over Lunch session. Jo will share her practical insights on how our sector can continue the fight for fair pay.

From her research and mahi, Jo will briefly outline the current realities of the gender and ethnic pay gap in Aotearoa New Zealand – and, crucially what we can do to change this. After this introduction, we will open up the session for discussion. Bring your questions and be part of the conversation about how our sector can drive change and close the gaps.
